Requests for Public Information

The Sullivan County ECD 911 custodian of records works diligently to fulfill requests for information (Radio/Telephone/Data) that has been deemed public information.

This information will be released to anyone making a request provided they can present proper forms, a Photo ID and pay any associated fees (if applicable) to the Sullivan County Emergency Communications District.

Exceptions to this policy are those prescribed by law. After a request is made, the custodian of records will attempt to notify any agency involved to ensure the requested information does not belong in any exception category.

Typical requests will be available within 7 business days after forms and fees are submitted. Requested information may be picked up only during regular business hours.
